For our Hahn Airport location, we are looking to fill the following position:

Certifying Staff CAT B2 (m/f)

Your tasks

  • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities and work orders
    on aircraft in the avionics area
  • Trouble shooting for aircraft systems
  • Signing off works and techlog
  • Performing engineering orders and service bulletins
  • Coordinating a working team of aircraft avionic mechanics
  • Advising and educating staff members
  • Conduct documenting tasks

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship or training as an aircraft equipment electrician or a
    related training and experience
  • A minimum of five years experiences in the maintenance of large civil aviation aircraft and the avionics’ area
    Part 147-B2 Training and LVL 3 Type course
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems and electric
  • Skills in electronical tooling and in avionic test equipment
  • Relevant knowledge in the airframe structure
  • Knowledge and experience with manufacturer’s and aircraft documentation such as WDM, ESWPM,
    AMM and IPC
  • Very good knowledge of aviation regulations (LBA, EASA, FAA)
  • Good EDP skills
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English for correspondence
  • EASA Part 66 B2
  • Class B driver‘s license
  • Comply with the requirements of a background check in accordance with LuftSiG
  • Manual dexterity
  • Confident decision-making and communication performance
  • Readiness for team-oriented collaboration
  • Great ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a conscientious, proactive work approach
  • Readiness for travel and shift duty
