For our Hahn Airport location, we are looking to fill the following position:

Administrator Sales Back Office (m/f)

Your tasks

  • Analysis evaluations and prepare proposals for review
  • Prepare and assist with GTA, SA, SL and the various agreements used in the department
  • Assist with marketing functions within the department
  • Assist with the coordination of the sales team
  • Manage various reporting tools used for the sale team
  • Assist and support onsite customers
  • General administration for the office as directed including weekly reports
  • Other duties as directed from time to time by the Commercial Director.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training, business studies or an equivalent
    qualification of a relevant subject.
  • Experience in the areas of Sales and Customer Support of advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • English speaking with a very good command of written and spoken knowledge of German of advantage
  • Additional language(s) of advantage
  • Readiness for team collaboration
  • A conscientious and proactive work approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and coordinate
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills
