For our Hahn Airport location, we are looking to fill the following position:

Customer Service Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Prepare Customer Offices and point of contact for customers when on site (make them feel welcome, arranging hangar access)
  • Customer support for the life cycle of an input.
  • Responsible for the Customer Offices
  • Maintain a good relationship with the onsite Representative‚Äôs
  • Generate Project Numbers
  • Minute taking during internal and customer meetings as required
  • Keeping the filing system upto date (physical and system)
  • General Administration for the office as directed
  • Entertainment form time to time
  • Work hand in hand  with the Sales Administrator
  • Other tasks as directed by Sales Executive and / or Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

Your profile

    • educated upto Diploma (or national equivalent)
    • Experience in the area of customer support of advantage
    • Basic knowledge of airlines/ aircraft and customers in the area
    • Presentation skills and consistency
    • Good computer skills in MS Office
    • Fluent in English, other languages a bonus
    • Readiness for team collaboration
    • A conscientious and proactive work approach
    • Ability to work under pressure, organize and coordinate
    • friedly, communitive and a good sense of humor and outgoing
