For our Hahn Airport location, we are looking to fill the following position:

Customer Service Administrator (m/f)

Your tasks

  • Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner over the phone and in person
  • Correspond with Airport Authorities on Arrival details etc.
  • Format letters of invites for the Department
  • Assist with security badges on behalf of the Sales Department
  • Customer support for the life cycle of an input
  • Responsible for the customer offices
  • Maintain a good relationship with the onsite Representative‚Äôs
  • General Administration for the office as directed including proposal generation
  • Entertainment from time to time
  • Other duties as directed from time to time by the Commercial Director

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training, business studies or an equivalent qualification of a relevant subject
  • Experience in customer support of advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good command of written and spoken knowledge of German and English
  • Additional language(s) of advantage
  • Experience in the aviation industry are of advantage
  • Readiness for team collaboration
  • Work independently without direct supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and coordinate
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in Germany
