Tasks, functions and responsibilities:

• Evaluating work packages in respect of necessary manpower, materials, tools and feasibility according to the
HAITEC Scope of Work
• Prepare the work package as requested by customer and in accordance with HAITEC internal processes and procedures
• Plan necessary work according to ground times and existing processes
• Communicate with customer regarding technical planning questions
• Solve problems in cooperation with customers and manufacturers
• Develop and maintain project plans, Gantt Charts and critical path analysis, as advised by the Project Leader
• Prepare, customize and revise work documents and task cards for production
• Examine current and appropriate airworthiness requirements (AMM, IPC, etc.) if provided by the customer
• Ensure compliance of safety and security regulations
• Evaluate already performed projects to realize improvement potentials and to increase productivity
• Be ready for flexible shifts and perhaps some weekends (as necessary), also to support ERF-Station
• Perform together with the Project leader Input post briefing, after check completion
• Other duties as directed from the supervisor


• Successfully completed study in aviation, transportation or a completed training as certifying staff (CAT A, CAT B1 or CAT B2) or university degree in mechanical, electrical, engineering or industrial management or planning & scheduling
• previous experience in Line or Base maintenance production planning and control functions or a similar training
• previous training with an aircraft maintenance organization - preferred
• Analytical thinking skills, good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Very good knowledge of aviation regulations (LTA, AD, SB, etc.)
• Very good EDP and MRO software skills (e.g. Wings, AMOS, etc.) as well as excellent PC and MS Office skills,
• Good knowledge of a manufacturer’s aircraft and component documents such as MPD, MRB, AMM, SB, IPC, STC etc.
• Experience in airworthiness management or planning of aircraft base maintenance - preferred
• Working experience either in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Bids, Sales, or Finance
• interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments as well as basic negotiation skills
• customer service skills necessary to modify communication, tone, and presentation to defuse crisis situations with internal and external customers and maintain mutually beneficial customer relations
• Excellent time management and workplace organization skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines requiring high resilience, flexibility, forward-looking approach
• Confident decision-making and communication performance, Readiness for team-oriented collaboration in an multicultural setting
